FORWARD
Many of my paintings have been inspired by a Greek relief of a side view of a woman walking. Right foot raised. A graceful step into the future. Step by step. Painting by painting, I created a steady repetition of horizontals supporting diagonals moving left to right, to be continued off the painting. Moving onward.
I followed her. And then I stopped. Here. Now. I have something to present. I want to build on this spot. I want to support the future.
